A Mahwah man was arrested and is accused of selling vaporizer cartridges of THC hash oil in the Mahwah area, said officials.
Joeluiz Ramirez, 25 is facing distribution and drug possession charges after he sold the alleged THC hash oil vaporizers to an undercover detective with the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office in May, a press release from the prosecutor’s office said.
The joint investigation was conducted by the prosecutor, Upper Saddle River and Mahwah police.
Ramirez was arrested in his Mahwah home and is facing charges of distribution of hash oil within 1,000 feet of Don Bosco Prep, distribution of hash oil in a quantity under 5 grams and possession of hash oil under 5 grams, according to the press release.
